邊壓測試儀（Cardboard Compression Tester ）可配合多種材料做之測試,在紙張包裝材料方面, 進行多種紙張品質(zhì)測試，即環(huán)壓(RCT)、平壓(FCT)、邊壓(ECT)、粘合(PAT)及一般抗壓(CMT)等5種測試, 是結(jié)合多項功能于一身之測試設(shè)備。因為運送上的需要，紙箱會被堆積起來，因此重量負荷的忍受度則取決于紙板的性能。本機臺配備各種夾具附件可測試原紙之環(huán)壓強度、紙板之平/邊壓強度、膠合強度，以便紙品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)控制生產(chǎn)成本和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量

Cardboard Compression Tester can do a full range of testing, which includes Ring Crush Testing, Flat Crush testing, Edge Compressive Testing, Adhesive Strength Testing and other general compression tests, to a variety of materials like paper, packaging materials, etc. It is a multi-functional testing equipment.

Cardboard Compression Tester

LThis is ring crush tester in electronic display which set the grips moving by motor drive screw. Specimen will be put between the two plates, and press Peak button, then press the Test button. The down button will go up and the transducer will feel pressure, and the test result will show on the display.
